Research shows how cultivating this feeling contributes to an experience of balance and well being that harmonizes mind, body and spirit. We will explore how and when we experience gratitude and create collages to celebrate and remember this healing emotion as we approach the holidays. (3 CEUs available for MFTs and LCSWs.) Dia de Los Muertos
Visit Galeria Tonantzin October 31, November 1 & 2. Enjoy the artist exhibit celebrating Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead). We have art, jewelry and altars on display. We will be joining El Teatro Campesino in their festivities during this weekend as well. During the procession through town (Third Street - 7 p.m. November 1) be sure to visit us and see the entrance to what was once a tunnel and hear stories of the past.
